Press New and paste this line: (or version/location u installed your Build Tools at).
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2022\BuildTools\MSBuild\Current\Bin
The simple way to check if this is the right path is to paste this file path and check if the location exists in your file explorer.
