According to Geekerwan and quoted by Notebookcheck, the iPhone 16e has similar CPU performance to the iPhone 16. The phone scored 3520 and 9181 in Geekbench’s single-core and multi-core tests. The iPhone 16‘s scores in these tests are 3509 and 9018, respectively.

But in the graphics processor, the iPhone 16e has one less core. The phone scored 3862 in 3DMark’s WildLife Extreme benchmark, while the iPhone 16 Plus scored 4588.

In the Nomad Light test, the iPhone 16e also scored 1627 and the iPhone 16 Plus scored 1916.

While the A18 chip in the iPhone 16e has an 8-core CPU, 4-core GPU, and 16-core Neural Engine, the loss of one graphics core has resulted in a 15% performance drop compared to the iPhone 16 and 16 Plus.
